Parcels are sent via Special Delivery and you will be sent a tracking number when your order is ready to be despatched. We have a 14 day Return Policy, buyer pays return postage.
Returns and Exchanges:
Refunds can be requested within 14 days of the despatch if goods arrive damaged. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returned earrings. This is for hygiene reasons and does not affect your statutory rights. We also cannot accept items that have been engraved or altered. Our promise to replace the item(s) or refund you does not apply to faults or damages caused by accident, neglect or misuse.

When processing your return we may need to speak with you before we are able to complete the process. If we are unable to contact you within 14 days of receiving your item(s), we will return it to the delivery address linked to your order.
