Terms of Use:

The terms and conditions for the use of our website are detailed below and should be read carefully. We may vary these terms from time to time and you should therefore check them before you make a new purchase.

Please note: Any use of this website or purchase through this website constitutes an agreement to abide by the terms and conditions. Any contracts or agreements formed by means of this website shall be governed and construed according to English law and any disputes or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.


Online Shopping:

We have taken care in presenting the products on our website as accurately as possible. The images you see will depend on your monitors display and colour capabilities. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise.


How to Care for Jewellery:

Silver:
Silver can tarnish after a number of years. The more you wear the item the more it will tarnish. However, there are a couple of ways to clean it up again. You can either use a silver cloth which you can purchase from most jewellery shops, or you can use silver dip. Even so, this will not take scratches or deep marks from the metal.

Diamonds:
Keeping your diamonds clean is very important. Over time, the stone may appear dull as a result of the use of lotions, soaps etc. Clean the diamond using warm water and a small amount of washing-up liquid. Use a small toothbrush to gently clean behind the stone. Rinse under water. For a professional clean you can visit our workshop or any reputable Jewellers, who will use an ultrasound machine for the best result.


Returns and Exchanges:

Refunds can be requested within 14 days of the despatch if goods arrive damaged. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returned earrings. This is for hygiene reasons and does not affect your statutory rights. We also cannot accept items that have been engraved or altered. Our promise to replace the item(s) or refund you does not apply to faults or damages caused by accident, neglect or misuse.


Cancellations:

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order with us at any time within 14 days of receiving goods. In the event we are unable to deliver your order within our standard delivery time scales, you are entitled to cancel your order with no penalty.

Should you cancel the contract we will reimburse you once we have received the returned item(s). We will not pay the delivery costs unless the item(s) are damaged. You are expected to take reasonable care of goods, which means that the goods must be unused.

Please Note:

When processing your return we may need to speak with you before we are able to complete the process. If we are unable to contact you within 14 days of receiving your item(s), we will return it to the delivery address linked to your order.
